All orders for content writing services made available on www.themindgurus.co are to be made and placed through the website. To be able to do this customers will need to create their own accounts which they will need to log into each time they wish to place an order. The account will also store all relevant information and tracking progress on existing orders.
The website www.themindgurus.co shall accept orders depending on its current availability, but it aspires to connect customers with a relevant writer for their job within 24 hours.
No work shall begin on any projects until the customer has provided www.themindgurus.co with a brief which explains their desired outcome of the project in full and both parties have agreed that the terms in the brief are achievable.
When submitting the brief for work, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all of the information which has been supplied as part of the brief is accurate and complete and they have all the relevant permissions to be able to use and share this information in this way.

Unfortunately, we are not able to produce hard copies of any of our work and if the customer needs this then they will have to make their own arrangements upon completion of the project.

The customer will be informed of the final price of the project via invoice with all fees due in advance of any projects taking place.

If a customer wishes to cancel a project they can only do this up until the point before the writer has started working on the project. As soon as a writer has been commissioned and the work has started, it is no longer possible to cancel the order and the customer shall still be liable for the full fee of the project.

When a customer has paid for content which has been provided by www.themindgurus.co, then the ownership of this content is transferred to the customer upon completion of the project.
It is forbidden for the customer to share or exhibit these works which have been provided by www.themindgurus.co unless advance permission for this has been granted by the content producers.
